Award of Merit - 745 Thurlow - Workplace Partial

The interior design for the lobbies, washrooms, and public spaces in this new office tower took inspiration from both the spirit of the building's angular and sleek architecture, as well as the building's location at the apex of Vancouver's shopping and business districts. The client wanted to create a simple, high-end hospitality feel which was accomplished through use of exclusive materials and key design features,
such as focal points in the lobby showcasing original artwork, a custom chandelier, a video wall, and a concierge / waiting area.
