Award of Merit - Homer Street Residence - Residential

Inspired by the quality of light in the penthouse atrium, it was decided to open the space up to let the light penetrate further while exposing the stunning city views. Hidden storage was incorporated throughout maximizing functionality, minimizing clutter. To retain a sense of scale, liveability & warmth, layered spaces of refuge were created on both levels, with natural materials being used throughout
